Deposit £100 is required with each booking with the balance being due six weeks prior to arrival.

In the event of your booking being cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited unless another booking can be arranged.

Cancellation of your holiday less than 6 weeks before it is due to commence can only be refunded if we are able to re-let the property. The deposit will not be refunded. We strongly advice that you use holiday insurance to guard against this.

The Owner will not be liable for any accidents, including damage or loss to guests' property.

Keys will be forwarded to you by post two weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.

Arrival should not be before 3pm

Departure  vacate Chalet by 10am

Ensure chalet is left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning cost incurred will be charged at the rate of £45 per hour.

Breakages and damage must be paid for at the replacement value of the item.

Do not burn candles or 'naked flames' in the Chalet.

Do not smoke in the Chalet.

Occasionally the Isle of Seil experiences losses of power or water supplies. In the unlikely event that this occurs, the Owner will not be held responsible.

The Owner reserves the right to decline a booking and terminate rental for improper use or unacceptable behaviour.

Numbers in your party must be stated at the time of booking. Only persons and pets declared will be accommodated.

Noise or disturbance will not be allowed. Any excessive noise will result in rental being immediately terminated, and no refund will be due.

We reserve the right to gain access for all reasonable puposes.

Should, for whatever reason, we are unable to provide the property for the agreed rental period, we shall refund the rental you have paid in full and you shall have no claim against us.

The decision of the Owner is final and binding.
